When Merlyn decided to renovate the bathroom in her 1969 condo, she was looking for a company that could handle the entire project. Being very busy and a new mother, she wanted to avoid having to coordinate the various tradespeople herself.

A turnkey renovation
Merlyn did not have to communicate separately with the electrician or other professionals on site. BonBain Construction coordinated the various interventions and ensured project follow-up.
This organization allowed it to continue its activities without having to manage the technical and logistical aspects of the renovation itself.
A clean construction site in an occupied condo
Protecting the apartment was a major concern. A protected walkway was installed between the condo entrance and the bathroom, while a dust extraction system limited the spread of dust during demolition.
Merlyn particularly appreciated the care taken with her hardwood flooring as well as the overall cleanliness of the construction site:
"I never had to clean anything. It was clean. There was nothing lying around."
A bathroom adapted to a new stage of life
Beyond the aesthetic transformation, the new bathroom accompanied Merlyn through an important period in her life. Being able to use a completely renovated space with her newborn represented a very personal comfort for her:
"Bringing my newborn into a brand new bath was like giving a gift."
The renovation provided her with a more modern bathroom, better suited to her needs and pleasant to use on a daily basis.
Added value at the time of sale
Merlyn sold her condo after the renovations. According to her, the new bathroom gave it more character and contributed to attracting visitors.
A well-executed renovation thus improves the immediate comfort of the occupants, while also contributing to the overall presentation of the property when a sale is being considered.
